Download Old Files

    Hello. My blog was hosted with bluehost but it expired and I was not able to renew it. Is there a way for me to download my old posts so that I can rebuild my blog?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there,

    Since the site was hosted with Bluehost and not with us here at WordPress.com, you will need to reach out to Bluehost and see if they have a backup of your site saved.

    I went through a similar situation issue where I was able to retrieve a backup, but my account never expired. Hopefully, if it hasn’t been too long since your account expired, they may still have a backup on their servers they have not purged.
