  Hi i have just purchased a premium template and would like a downloadable version of the same . Could you please help me with the same

  Hi there, if you mean a Premium theme from the WordPressdotcom Theme Showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/ those cannot be downloaded for use elsewhere. Purchasing a Premium theme gives you a license to use that theme for the life of your site here on WordPressdotcom.

  If you purchased the theme in order to use it elsewhere, you have 30 days from date of purchase to request a refund and you can do that in your Account dashboard’s Purchases tab. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
