Downloading and adding widgets

I would like to add these widgets to my site:
–a translator tool to translate any page with the simple click of a bookmark. Translation happens in place without leaving the page with this light-weight, cross-browser plugin.
(I tried downloading WP translator but it doesn’t show up on my dashboard)
–a voice tool to read any page with the simple click of a bookmark (for those with disabilities).
I am using a different computer than the one where I originally installed wordpress. I downloaded the current version but my site has not updated. How do I do this?

WordPress.com currently does not have any widgets with the translation and voice features you’re looking for. However, I’ll our team know that those are features you’re interested in, and they can consider adding support for that in the future. :)

You also mentioned downloading and installing WordPress on your computer. The version of WordPress that you can download from https://wordpress.org/ and install on your computer is actually different from your site hosted here at WordPress.com. (The WordPress.org version is for self-hosted WordPress sites; you can learn more about the differences if you’re interested.) To make changes on your WordPress.com site you’ll need to log in to WordPress.com and head to your My Sites page or your site’s dashboard. Changes you make on a WordPress installation on your computer or elsewhere won’t have an affect on your site here.
