Draft is missing
-
Hi there,
Recently I started a draft and revisited it a few time for tweaking each time hitting the “save draft” button. Now I don’t see it anywhere. When I push the “draft” button it shoes a draft of something else.
Is it possible to lose a draft without intentionally deleting it?
The title of the draft is “Honaunau art piece”
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Howdy,
Could you check your post revisions and trash just in case?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve gone into my screen options but there is no “post revisions” button there. Also, as I’ve not put anything in the trash yet I don’t seem to have a trash can visible.
Best,

I can’t find the draft “Honaunau art piece” in either the Posts or Pages section.
Did you delete it?
-
No, I didn’t delete it. That’s why it’s rather confounding. I used the “save draft” button several times…also with the auto save function it seems that accidentaly losing a blog would be almost impossible, no?

In this case, I’d have to say that it’s definitely gone. I can’t find any record of it.
Hopefully that was just a random glitch, but please do let us know if it ever happens again.

Thanks. I’m sure I can re create it. Any idea why there is no “post revisions” button when I open the drop down box? There are 10 boxes available to check and some are.

Post Revisions are only available if you’re editing the post in question. If the post doesn’t exist, there’s no way to edit it, and therefore no revisions.
