  I already have a WordPress.org site at https://manneringandpike.com. Hosted on IOIOS. I want to design an additional site, not a blog, to my package at my current hosting supplier. It is to be a new year present if it is approved. So how do I create a new responsive site with a new dashboard and edit it with Elementor for approval?
