Drafting on desktop & embeds

I have been having two major issues that have made me incredibly frustrated and wasted hours of my time.
1) Whenever I try to draft on desktop, the ‘Autosaving/Save/Publish’ buttons go grey and don’t let me click them. Even if I am just inputting text, when I try to save it, it doesn’t let me. I am eventually forced to refresh or leave the page without saving my changes and lose all my work. I have wasted hours of my time because of this. I have only been able to work on blog posts on the app on my phone, which has been a huge pain, especially since I need to go back and forth on the desktop anyways to see how to improve my SEO and readability.
2) Embeds have not been working for me at all. Internal links, external links, links to
social media, none of them work. It just tells me to convert the embed to a link. Please help.WP.com: Unknown

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
