I have a homestead website with a worthless blog feature. So I want use my Word Press blog instead and integrate it into my site. I know how to add the RSS feed so that the Word Press blog appears on my other website. What I want to be able to do is to have the traffic from my word press blog go to my main website instead of having two separate entities with their own sources of traffic.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

One suggestion would be to map your site here to a subdomain of your main website, that way it would be tied to your existing domain name. Perhaps something like blog.mydomain.com although you can probably come up with a better subdomain name than blog.

Also, be careful about using the blog primarily to drive traffic to your main website such as putting a link to your main site in each and every post or page. If you have good content and have a link to your main site here and there, you will be fine. It is only when it becomes obvious that the only reason for the blog is to drive traffic to another site that it would become an issue.
