Drop down icons, social icons have disappeared all of a sudden

It was already 1.5 months since my website is live and all was working properly but recently I saw all of a sudden drop down menu icons and social media icons have disappeared and are replaced by squares. I did follow the steps (cleared cache from plugin, cleared cache from server, add 2 lines of CSS to load font awesome, also that font awesome is enabled, have a SSL) what have been mentioned in the forums but they did not work out. Please help out. Looks like I’m out of options and stuck.
