Drop down menus and formatting working on some computers, but not others.

    I have been using WordPress for a school website and it has been working great on my computer, but the formatting gets all jumbled up depending on which computer I am using. I have tried using several different themes that have the drop down menu option, and on my computer at home, my laptop, and my office computer, it all looks great, no matter what browser I am using. On some other computers though, the drop down menu appears as a tree menu, and the spacing and formatting are all wrong, changing the browser does not alter anything.
    How can I get the drop down menu and the formatting to appear correctly on the other computers?
    (Our networking guy attempted, but could not find a solution or a reason why, enabling java script didn’t seem to fix anything either.)
