  We host our site with Go Daddy and do not want to host with WordPress or mess with our current Domain. We use Word Press on our site and want to learn to blog . How can we take your blogging University and keep our existing set up?

  Hi there,

  You don’t need to have a WordPress.com site, or even a self-hosted WordPress site, to do our Blogging U course, no. There are some parts of those courses that are WordPress-specific, but there are also many general blogging principles covered which you’d be able to apply on any platform.

  You can also always just set up a new, free WordPress.com site you can use to experiment, without it affecting your existing site at GoDaddy in any way.
