Due to jetpack, I accidently messed up my entire site.

I installed jetpack and after that jetpack stopped me from entering my website admin page. It said that it has locked me out due to security reasons and I must log in via an email link. So I got the email link but when I tried to connect to the ‘log in’ link, it would take me to an error page saying {‘error’:’Bad Request’,’message’:’Invalid input.’}. And then upon reading the help forums, I came across a solution that explained how to add my ip address to jetpack so it will let me in. But when I reached the security tab in the settings menu, everything was greyed out in there. This was very very frustrating, I can only expect you to understand.
So now, to change any other setting, I would be told every time that there was an error and that I need to go to the admin page to make changes but then again it wont let. I was like stuck in a loop.
Then I don’t know how, may be out of frustration, I disconnected my s=website and everything vanished. Please help me recover everything and please help me get rid of this super trouble jetpack.

There is no possible way that disconnecting Jetpack can cause content on your site to be lost. All disconnecting Jetpack can do is to prevent you from accessing your content through the WordPress.com interface, but your content should still all be there if you log into WP-Admin directly.
