DUO SSO MFA issue when logging in – ERROR: error decoding DUO result

  I am trying to setup DUO SSO with our WordPress site for internal staff. I was able to get the DUO SSO plug in installed and configured to the right group, and am able to authenticate, but once I do, I get the error that it cant decode the DUO data. The error reads…. ERROR:error decoding DUO result. Confirm device clock is correct. I have checked the time on my phone, Mac, Website, DUO back end. All are set to the proper time and zone. Not sure why this keeps happening.
