Duplicate sites with similar name, duplicate fees

    You duplicated my site in error and charged me not one but two $96 fees! You only credited one of the fees. Please credit the other. Thank you.

    On 18 January you bought a premium plan for this site for $96, and we issued a full refund for that amount when you cancelled the plan on 19 January. You can view the receipts for these transactions in your account’s billing history:

    If you’ve been charged for another site, that site belongs to a different username account. Can you please give me the address of the other site, or log in as the other username and comment here so we can know what account the other charge was for?
