Duplication of site and unable to renew my Domain name

  Hi – I have 2 sites under the one email address. One is a free site ‘Kaidan 2019’, and the other – for which I need to update my payment details is domain name ‘redbarnfarmvic.com’ (due to roll over soon). I can’t access the backend of ‘redbarnfarmvic.com’ because ‘Kaidan 2019’ has the same login information. I have tried to change the password but this hasn’t worked.

  I need to keep both sites live – I hope you can help me with logging in to my paid site/domain ‘redbarnfarmvic.com’.

  That site is connected to another account of yours barkingspidertheatre.
  Just log out from curent kaidan2019 and logi in again as barkingspidertheatre. If you no longer know your login credentials, follow instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
