DX record won't update! Automatically reverts bk to wordpress.com forwarding :(

  Hi there
  I really really hope you can help me!!! Im desperate and have spend so many hours on this it’s crazy!.
  Ive just purchased email hosting with crazy domains and am trying to update my DNS records on word press.
  Apparently my A records have appropriately updated, but my MX records always revert back to wordpress??

  i.e.; mail handled by WordPress.com email forwarding

  I have no idea what else to do and am loosing my mind with this techno blunder.
  Please help me- any advice would be AMAZING!

  Hi there!
  Just purchased email hosting from crazy domains and they gave me two sets of codes A records and MX records
  When I tried to add and update the DNS on WordPress back end- the A record worked, but the MX won’t
  Trying to change to mail.zeness.com.au

  Sorry, I’m really out of my depth here! Hope that makes sense

  Sorted! I was given the wrong instructions from crazy domains to begin with. Luckily call back #5 saw me in contact with someone attaining the ability to appropriately fix the situation. Thank u :)
