  I plan on making a site where customers can add to a cart and have products delivered to them. Does WordPress allow for something like this to be made? If so, what is the best way to go about this? Do I need a certain plan to build a site like this?

  Hi there,

  You’d need to use an eCommerce plugin like WooCommerce to do this, but you can do this with WordPress, yes. On WordPress.com plugins can only be used on our Business or Ecommerce plan:
