I wanted to know before proceeding with the package plan choice . I am questioning the 540.00 a year . When I choose this plan my debit card 💳 will not be charged for a total of 540.00 but the 45.00 a month charge need to be clear on this beforehand of applying. And I’m sure that for a year I’m billed 45.00 for payment for WordPress e-commerce business services. What am I getting for this what’s included?

The monthly cost for the eCommerce Plan is $59 and not $45. You can choose the monthly billing option by clicking on it here: https://wordpress.com/checkout/homeartstar.wordpress.com?order-review=true
It is true that there is a discount for the yearly option but that is because you are paying for the full year up front. There is no monthly cost option at $45 in this case.
