E commerce store

    Hi,

    I’m trying to build a website for e commerce. I already have a domain and hosting (bluehost)
    What steps do I need to do now ?

    Hi there,

    If you have hosting with Bluehost, you need to install the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, which is something completely different from WordPress.com, where you’re posting now. We’re a hosting provider, like Bluehost, and your site is not being built with us.

    Bluehost has a one-click install for WordPress, so if you don’t have WordPress installed yet, please contact their support for help with that.

    You can find the documentation for the WordPress software at https://wordpress.org/support/, and their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    There are also many excellent tutorials on Youtube and sites like wpbeginner.com for that software.

    For ecommerce you’ll need a plugin. I’d recommend WooCommerce – you can find more info at WooCommerce.com
