e-mail address connected with my website

    Hello. A developer is working on my w-site, and it won’t be up for a few weeks. Does the e-mail connected with that site function anyhow? (I am posting an important article connected with an upcoming book on FB & other social media tomorrow and would like to include a nono-personal e-mail address with the post, if possible. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of http://janetsavin.com/? That site is not hosted with us, just connected here via Jetpack, so we have no control over this.

    If you have an email address configured on that domain, it should work as long as the DNS records required by your email provider are correctly added. For help adding those records, please contact your hosting provider directly, as they’ll be the ones controlling your domain’s DNS.
