E-mail confirmation doesn't work

  Can someone help me, please? I received the conirmation e-mail from wordpress and first it seemed it was okay. But now when I try to post something I cannot and it says I need to confirm my e-mail again.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
