E-mail Forwarding

I have tried to set up e-mail forwarding as per the help instructions. I can add the forwarding address and the system says I have set up the forwarding but I don’t get the verification e-mail to my existing account as the help says, I have waited over an hour. Also when I send test messages they don’t arrive and nor do I get any delivery failure notification.
I have checked the custom DNS settings and I haven’t changed them, they seem OK.
Can you advise what I am doing wrong?

I just took a look at your email settings and it looks like you’ve verified your email address now. Are you still having trouble with test emails?

I still haven’t received a verification e-mail as the help suggests should happen.
I have tried again (about 12 minutes ago) to send a test e-mail from (email visible only to moderators and staff) (using the Google mail client) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I would expect it to return to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account and nothing.
I hope you can sort this out.

Hi there,
From what I can see, your email address was already verified. I’m not sure how that could happen if you didn’t receive the verification email.
If you are sending test emails from the same Gmail inbox that you’re forwarding to, they won’t arrive (Gmail “sees” your own inbox as the originating address and sort of cancels them out). Can you try testing the forwarding from another email address?
Let me know if emailing from a different account doesn’t work and I’ll investigate further!

Could I ask you to send me an email to both the stevemale@sandjhome,com account and the (email visible only to moderators and staff) then I can see if I get two or just the one and let you know?
