eCommerce Site with Product Registration/Management

  Hi there,
  I want a site which allows customers to register purchased devices to their account and manage the information on the device. I also want the user’s device to be able to access that information. Is there a wordpress solution for this?
  I’ve done some searching online and it seems like I can do this using an API to access/modify user metadata. If so, can I use these same user accounts to manage payment and shipping information?
