  When I click to ​publish the website doesn’t​ upload the contact information that I have entered.

  Where are you putting that contact information? The Contact form? The Contact form is where visitors to your site complete the fields to contact you. Perhaps if you want to explain about yourself and what your site is going to be about why not use the “About us” page.
