  hi i am unable to edit the field name in the word press form , please kindlu provide the steps how to edit .

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of the WordPress.com contact form at https://registrationformme.wordpress.com/contact/? The titles for all fields in the form are editable.

  Go to My Site ->Pages and edit that page. Then click on the form and click the pencil icon to edit it.
