  Hi,

  I’m trying to edit the CNAME for a shop I configure, but the *.domain.com is locked by WP. Can this be unlocked somehow?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  quiz-to-go.com is not registered through WordPress.com. It is mapped here, which is the upgrade that one would use if they wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere with your WordPress.com site.

  It doesn’t look like quiz-to-go.com is actually registered anywhere.
