Edit DNS Information – Get email working again.
-
I do not know how to gain the information to customize my DNS information to get my email working again, after remapping to a custom domain.
My hosting and web is through crazydomains. It was working fine, until I remapped my domain name to my custom address, http://www.lizlopez.com.au and changed my name servers. I do not know which end to fix the problem, and what specific data I have to enter into the edit custom dns section. (Internet newbie) apologies.

It’s best to contact CrazyDomains and ask for the MX e-mail records of their e-mail hosting. You can then send the MX records to us and we’ll set these for you.
The CrazyDomains contact page can be found at http://www.crazydomains.com.au/contact/

Where shall I send these records? Post them here? I tried to enter them myself, to no avail.

I’ve set the MX records for you at https://lizlopezdotme.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=dnsedit&domain=lizlopez.com.au
E-mail should start again shortly. Note that it might take up to 48 hours before the MX records are fully propagated.
