Edit old wordpress page

My company had a website built by an outside company a couple years ago and since then I’ve maintained and edited the content. I am now trying to do an update but Gutenberg is installed (if that’s the right word?) and I don’t see the content of my pages. I can see a title and a main picture but not the rest. It was a team page for a company so there are several pictures and bios, none of which I can see. I am definitely not an expert. Is there a way to just go back to the old one or will I probably need to hire someone?
