Edit Page in WP-Admin taking too long time to open or not opening at all

    Hi.. I need some help. My website is https://studymbbsinchina.in
    I am trying to get some help from Last night.
    I am opening wp-admin after 10-12 days. The adminb page opened quickly. But when I tried to open the PAGE>EDIT .. it is taking a long long time. And many EDIT pages are not opening at all.
    While the EDIT pages were trying to open, I can see 2 connecting requests in the left bottom side:
    1st I saw “Waiting for pixel.wp.com”. Then I searched the net about this problem and did something in my jetpack.
    Now it is taking same long time for the EDIT page to open and it is showing in the left bottom corner
    Waiting for public-api.wordpress.com
    Plz help me to fix the problem of slow edit page.
    (Btw although the Edit page is opening very slow, even then it is taking a huge time to edit a single letter.)
    The Steps that I have taken so far:
    01. Deleted the Browsing cache for all time.
    02. Deactivated all Plugins one by one and checked the result (Only Oxygen Page Builder I havenot deactivated)
    03. Thought some problem may have occurred due to yoast. Deactivated that too.
    One more thing I have noticed: EDIT of Heavy pages taking far more time, or not opening at all.
    But unfortunately, nothing happened. The problem remains same.
    PLZ HELP ME

    In order to work on that site you are going to need to get signed in to the account associated with the site as well. It’s not the one you’re using here.

    Hi .. Thanks for your reply.
    I have done the following steps again:

    I am using Chrome Version 81. I have cleared the Browsing cache (all time) and cleared the cookies too.

    Then I downloaded Opera for the 1st time in my laptop, and opened WP-Admin page in Opera.

    The problem is remaining the same.

    Except the PAGE>EDIT … rest all other works are going on smoothly as before.

    Thanks for that information. Are you able to safely test another internet provider or network. If you’ve been working off WiFi can you try hot spotting to your mobile data plan and testing to see if that makes a difference? It really seems like an issue with your network since nothing is loading properly.

    Are other sites working normally?

    Hello Mam,

    I cant check in another network or internet provider as we are in lockdown position at home.

    But I will surely check with mobile hotspot after few minutes.

    All other sites are working properly in the present Wifi.

    I have another WP website: https://omkarmedicom.com. It is also working properly in the same Wifi with same laptop and chrome.

    You’ll need to be logged in as the WordPress.com user who owns the plan, not the one you’re currently logged in as, but they’ll have the tools to better help with this.

    Thank you Sir for your reply.
    I am trying to contact someone in the Live chat right from the morning. Now it is midnight here. Unfortunately, no one contacted me back. I know this time due to the lockdown in several places, delay is inevitable.

    Hi there @hifrmraj – as staff-blorbo mentioned, in order to access the LiveChat feature, you need to be logged in with the WPcom username account that owns the upgrade plan and not this one you are posting from here in the forums.

    Log out completely from this account and then log back in with the correct account. Then visit the link https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    Thanks to everybody who tried to help me out.

    Finally my problem has been fixed by the person who was in the Live Chat with me. Thanks a Ton to him/her (sorry i forgot to ask the name)
