Edit Post Screen

This problem began a few days ago. If I click on an existing post or try to create a new post, my box is blank. I can see the editing tools but can’t see any of the typed text (existing or new). If I click on the ‘new improved editor’, then I can see the text in the box. How can I get the view from the Dashboard reinstated so I can see text on those posts? Thank you!

Hi,
It’s unlikely that you need functionality reinstated. I suspect that the effect is the result of a browser or connectivity issue. See the Browser Issues support page for suggested steps which might potentially resolve the issue.

If the issue persists after following the steps suggested in the support page, you might wish to call for staff attention to this topic by adding a “modlook” tag to the sidebar.

Thank you musicdoc1! I would not have thought of browser issues, and it seems that’s exactly it. I haven’t resolved the problem yet, but using a different browser is working for me.
