  I have all my written pieces for my pages complete, however, when I open my website I cannot find them on the navigation bar. I only have my welcome page, contact page, personal goals page and blog page. How to I add my new pages onto this row?

  It sounds like they are in draft status most likely. Have you published them?

  Sorry, I misunderstood. If you have a custom menu activated, then each new menu item will have to be added manually. See the Additional Menu Items section of the Custom Menus support page.
