Editing

  How do I know which page I’m editing? I’ve spent a couple of hours trying to set up a home page, but the editor keeps creating a new page with text that won’t layout as I want it – I just want to created a home page, not add page. The UI is terrible.

  When i visit your site I see this following homepage set up:

  

  Are you not sure how to edit that page? Or is it the case that you know where to go to edit the page, but are not sure how to make additions to it?

  Generally speaking you would find all your pages listed here: https://wordpress.com/pages/soddinghamunderpiddle.wordpress.com

  You can always tell which page listed there is your homepage because it has this icon next to it:

  Thanks for that’ I’ve managed to create the site, and add the blog entries, but I have to say the UI is terrible, and confusing. Long story, but I’ve tried several sites, and this is my least favourite on the editing front. Soldier on I guess :-)
