  I have it so screwed up! All I want to do is edit the current Rubinstein. I have paid for it Please help me. Now I have new account which I don’t want and can’t erase. Please post answer at [redacted]. Make my password [secret] and I want to keep reviews etc from 10+years go.

  Hi @kiefnertl, can you send a link to the Rubinstein site? It’s probably just under a different email address. We have account recovery options if needed.

  Speaking of account recovery, though, I removed your requested password — staff does not need to know that, and nor do the public forums. We get hundreds of thousands of views every month. You don’t want your password exposed that way. Someone could simply take over your account.

  If you use that email and password combo for anything else, I highly recommend changing it and also using a different password for each service. We have some tips on why and how to do that here:
