Editing a user account

  Hello, I’m an administrator for our website. We’ve recently added a staff member who writes a daily blog and I recently added an account for her as an editor. I wanted to go in and make a small change to her user profile. But while I can edit some accounts – including some administrator accounts – I can’t edit others, and I’m not sure why. I’d say it’s split about 50/50 on whose users I can edit and what I cannot, and it doesn’t seem to matter what level they are. Anyone have any suggestions?
