editing and updating my site

hello i am in need of assistance with locating and making live the previous designs on my website. I previously worked with a designer who gave me this temporary layout which basically shows that i will be back soon. However, i am no longer in contact with the designer and am not able to navigate the wordpress platform to make these changes. Please assist me with accessing those previous pages and designs making the necessary changes. Thank you.
