Editing categories in wordpress.com blog?

  Hi,

  I know how to edit and delete categories in a WP I’ve installed on my own domain, but I can’t find the option on a wordpress.com blog I’m setting up. It only allows me to add new categories, so I can’t change the name or move it to a sub-category or do ANYTHING with it once it’s been created. Is there a setting I’m missing?

  I’m having the same problem with tisanity.wordpress.com. Specifically, I can’t seem to access the pages shown in the WordPress help database at this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/2/ How would I access the Admin dashboard as shown here?
