Editing DNS

I am trying to configure an outside email (not included in your list). I know I have to edit the DNS, but I do not know how to write the information they provided me
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Here’s our guide on setting up your custom DNS settings:
Give it a go. Let me know when you’re done and I’ll take a look at the formatting to make sure everything looks right. :)

Thank you Shawna. I have entered things but I doubt they are correct. Will you please do look? What information do you need in order to get in?

Great! I just took a look. There were a few mistakes with the ‘@’ sections, but I fixed those. (In DNS records, the @ symbol just means ‘the root A record’. So when it says ‘@’ you can enter @ or the domain of your A record ‘letsaddressthis.com’)
Everything is set now, so your email should start working soon!

Oh…that was quick; thank you!
Did you see the other entries (someone else attempted to set it up yesterday); did you/can you remove the incorrect records please?

Hello; on October 21st I reached out for help to set up an email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
This worked for a while; but now, there is an error message received whenever trying to send an email to this address. As you can imagine, this is very problematic (as it is the address I have advertised with my blog).
Can you please rectify this matter?
Diane.

Hi there!
I’m happy to help you out with this again. It doesn’t look like your DNS records have changed in our system though.
Can you please contact your email host and ask if your DNS records have changed and what the new ones might be?
-
I have contacted the email host; here is what they have stated;
