Editing individual pages on news site

Hello, I’ve been running a news site here using Hostinger for a few months now, but I’m not sure how to edit individual pages. Not individual pages with an article, but the menu subset (topic section) page that shows a number of different story links. Any guidance you may have is appreciated.
