Editing my Site

Hi there!
I am trying to edit my site and I need support. I don’t know who to contact between WordPress.org, Wpzoom, WordPress.com or if it’s something completely different so I am wandering if you could point me in the right direction. My problem is when I am in the dashboard, many of the options lead me to a white blank screen. For example if I am under Dashboard / Home / and I click on ‘Edit your Front Page’ it leads me to nothing. If I click ‘Add Post’ it leads me to that blank screen. I am trying to edit my homepage slider to a photo and video so when I am on the Dashboard / Slideshow I click ‘add new’ it takes me to nothing. You get the idea. I have been trying to figure it out on my own but I have no clue. Thanks
The site I need help with is garrettkamkoff.com/directory/wp-admin/index.php. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
