editing my website

  I created my website on WordPress, and I pay for it on WordPress, but it is ‘not one of my sites’ in my account when I log on. How do I access my site to update and edit it?

  Your site running on the wordpress.com platform but is connected to another account of yours. As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site, https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  I cannot find any Transaction records on this account or any other account, how do I get a copy of the account details, I know I have paid the subscription to WordPress, quite why it is linked to another account of mine I am lost for? How do I sort this out please?
