editing name of blog — NOT redirecting to new domain name!

  I want to change the blog name so that instead of
  Joyful Quill draft | Writing for dreamers, doers, and dabblers
  showing up in when I do a Google search,
  Joyful Quill | Writing for dreamers, doers, and dabblers
  shows up.
