Editing page of website

  I see on the published page of our website the word ‘EDIT’ at the bottom. How do I get rid of it? I don’t want everyone looking at the website to see this or to try to edit the website. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  That “Edit” link on your site only appears to you and other authors on your site when logged in to WPcom. No one else sees it.

  If you want to test this, you can open your site in a Private viewing window/tab in a different browser while logged out.
