Hi! I need assistance as soon as possible please as I am running on a deadline and have not been able to figure it out myself. I am an admin for this website and when I try to create new pages for a category the correct editing format does not pop up and edit with element or does not work for me. If someone could get back to me as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated thank you! I have screenshots of what I am seeing that I can send as well!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
