Editing SNAFU?

  When I click on ‘Edit Page’ from my dashboard or from the popup option on the page
  I can only get in to a few of the pages. When I try to edit my home page I am directed to the editing page but the screen goes white and I cannot access the page to make changes. A few of my pages work fine but my page named, ‘Awaken your true self’ will not open. I have tried clearing cookies, rebooting my computer, logging out/in, and every other thing I can think of. Once in a while I am able to access the page and make changes but it is very irregular. I can use the customize function and all other features. I don’t have any plugins installed. Please help me understand what is happening. I can view the page fine but I’m not able to get into the editing mode. Please help.

  Hi –

  Does this happen in a different browser? If you have any browser extension enabled, disable those and also clear your browser cache.

  I was able to correct the issue by downloading the Google Chrome browser. Prior to that I had attempted the cache reset. The issue appears to have been my IE browser. Thank you for replying.

  Hi there,

  Would you mind confirming the version of Windows and IE you’re using? You can find that info here:

  Things should work in IE 11, but on the other hand Microsoft themselves recently indicated that people should preferably not use IE any more unless it’s required for compatibility with legacy systems, like internal websites used by many corporations and government entities. So ultimately switching to a more modern browser like Chrome or Firefox is best :)
