Editing the "footer" after you've changed templates

    How do I edit the footer on my site? I recently changed templates and now the footer text (which is outdates) has vanished in the admin section of the site. Thanks for the help.

    What do you mean by “edit footer”? – you cant remove the “Blog at WordPress.com etc. or you blog will be suspended

    If you mean a Widget that you had in the footer – not all Themes have footer Widget areas – you would need to put the Widgets in the sidebar – look at the bottom of the Edit Widget page for the old Widgets
