Editing the header and the footer

Hello,
In the top left corner there is blank space that I would like to have Home Center Goods displayed. Also, in the footer it, it says
‘Proudly powered by WordPress | Theme: storer by ThemeInWP’ on the left andCart Checkout My account Sample Page Shop Welcome to https://homecentergoods.com’
I would like it to display http://www.homecentergoods.com on the left or in the middle and delete cart checkout my account sample page shop welcome to homecentergoods.com
I have tried to edit them by going to menu and selecting Header, Social , Footer and have not been able to figure out how to change it. I have looked around quite a bit. Apologies for the simple question, I just could not find it. Thank you very much
