editing website name/subhead

  header has a subhead that needs editing, it still has ‘not another wordpress.com’ as the subhead and I can’t seem to find a way to edit this without creating a custom header.

  You can change the Site Title in your Dashboard at ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’. Fill in your title in the form that says: ‘Site Title’ and save your settings by clicking the blue button that says ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.
