Editing with WordPress

  Hello, I have easyWP through NameCheap and I downloaded a theme from WooCommerce and I want to know how to edit it. At the top it has ‘blog, my account, home, cart’ etc. And it won’t let me edit the text of this or delete any of the boxes and I was wondering if you could tell me how to edit this.

  The site I need help with is afrikanbeaut.wordpress.com.
