Editing WordPress

  I want to customize my WordPress blog more. I purchased the URL and hosting from WordPress for my blog but now I want to use it as a website. I’m not allowed to download new plugins and the Editor tab under Appearance is not there. I’ve used other WordPress sites before and I’m not sure why this one doesn’t have all features.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It sounds like you are confusing WordPress.com and self hosted WordPress.org sites. This page may clear things up for you a bit:
