‘Editor Has Encountered an Unexpected Error’

  Hi there, I am trying to set up website and when I click on ‘new’ to create a new post I get the message ‘Editor has encountered an unexpected error.’ It then gives me the option to attempt recovery, copy post text or copy error. I have tried clicking on all of them and one resolve the issue.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
