  When entering the wordpress admin side of my website, I get an error message: ‘Editor has encountered an unexpected error.’ What do I do?

  Hi @anasuyaf, these forums are actually for the sites hosted on our servers. Our installation can be quite different from what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  I can’t access the back end to see what’s wrong, among other things. So I’d recommend checking your plugins to see if there are any conflicts, then looking for answers in the correct forums:
